Musical History

My mission is to show anyone that joy can be found in learning to create music. I strive to recognize the individuality of each student and to cater to their specific learning style.



-Superior rating in flute and piano at Mid America Music Association competition.

-Lead flute in flute trio.

-Lead flute in music quartet.

-Played flute in church for four years.

-Church pianist for four years.

-Accompanied church choirs.

-Accompanied men’s vocal group.

- Piano accompanist for vocal students at Studio of Music.

-Performed solos and participated in duets in a Nutcracker Christmas program to raise money for causes.

-Participated in numerous recitals and performances on both flute and piano.

-Have been teaching piano for about 4 years.

-Performed “Pomp and Circumstance” for a graduation procession.

-Have had musical scholarship offers from various colleges.
